My bathroom and bedroom remodel just completed and I could not be more happy! It has transformed my space into a spa area I never want to leave! The planning, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ongoing follow-up resulted in a smooth and flawless process with absolutely gorgeous results. My only problem is now I want Mr Mirzas team to do the rest of my house! Theyre a professional, honest, respectful and skillful group of contractors and subs and pricing is very fair for the turnkey project and end results you get. I wish Id taken before and after pictures to show the dramatic change and the puctures attached really dont do it the justice it deserves. In the bedroom were brown drapes and dull ecru paint. Now, the shutters and gray paint are new and an electric wall fireplace is being added. Id like to add that protection (draping) of furniture and taping paper to the floor to prevent tracking was taken on every visit during demolition and all scraps and debris were hauled off which I greatly appreciated too. On two occasions, I engaged Bassam Mirza with Floor Designs & Remodeling, and cannot say enough good things about him. The first project was a major kitchen renovation. He came to the house to discuss what I had in mind, and showed up the next day with a few samples that perfectly captured the direction we were going. Having never been through this process before, we agreed on a tentative direction, but I asked to go to a showroom to see more samples. After talking to the manager letting him know what colors I wanted he came out with tile samples which I really liked. After the bath, shower, floor tiles and cabinets were gone everything started taking shape. All the plumbers, tile guys and painters were very nice to work with and if I had a concern they listened. All I all it turned out to be a very pleasant experience and master bathroom is very beautiful.

The crew from Floor Designs and Remodeling removed carpet from 3 bedrooms and old ceramic tile from bath area along with the tub. They proceeded to install ceramic tile on the floors. They built a standup shower
